and I think the little house knew something about it! Don't You?

Then We'll Begin......

Are you sitting comfortably?.......then I'll begin

There are no captions on any of the pictures, but if you're British and of a certain age, then you'll recognise them and you'll recognise the links, if you're not, follow the links anyway, and enter a magical world that we British kids inhabited. I suppose they were simpler times for us, simpler than now, we had the wireless and the "telly", and our toys, of course. We listened with mother, and we watched with mother , and then we listened and watched by ourselves, or with brothers and sisters, and of course we had our favourites, mine was Toytown. Some of the characters you'll see here overlapped, for they appeared on the wireless and the "telly", Toytown, with Larry the Lamb is one example...Anyway, enough from us. Now...Are you sitting comfortably?...............Then I'll begin.....
